Developer Stamp Duty Contributions

Hi. We are second time (prospective) buyers but obviously stamp duty is a massive hindrance. Some developers contribute or pay stamp duty for new builds and I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to go about negotiating this with the developer / methods of getting them to contribute at least a % of the fee. Many Thanks

You'd ask them. Their answer will depend on the demand for their properties.
But this is more of a house buying query, than a fee reclaiming one.0
