Victoria Secret Gift Card UK

Hello, I have a £100 Victoria Secret gift card and I have been trying to use it online but apparently you cannot do so in the UK. With the company going into administration in the UK and as I am unable to get to any of the few stores that are open, I would like to know my consumer rights and if I can request the money back? 

I have tried to contact the company directly,  but there doesn’t seem to be any way to get through to anyone in the UK. Have I lost my money or is there anything I can do to get it back. 

Would be grateful for any advice.

If it was received as a gift then the only rights would be to join the list of unsecured creditors. 

If you paid for it yourself, it might be the same situation but you may be able to get some money back depending on the payment method used for it and how long ago.
