Equifax- address not on database

Hey,
First time poster, apologies if this has been discussed before.
I'm in the process of buying a shared ownership flat. My broker's preferred lender only recognises Equifax credit reports. Problem is, my current address (a flat) doesn't appear on their database. Frustratingly, every other flat in my building appears on the drop down menu, but not mine! It is there on Experian and Credit Karma, but not Equifax. The address is registered with the post office and I'm on the electoral role.
I've been calling them about this for over two weeks now. I have a case number but they are incredibly slow and unhelpful.
I'm in rental accommodation at the moment so I really need to get a mortgage in place asap so that there's no delay with a moving out date.
It's all so incredible frustrating. Does anyone have experience of this and is there anything else I can do to make it happen?
Thank you in advance.
