Looks like you have found an old post to copy from hence why it is peppered with !!!8217;s which is due to a glitch on the OLD forum nearly two years ago.3

What have NCP got to do with a PCN from Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd?
As already advised, I would ditch point 1 completely and concentrate on the much stronger non-PoFA compliant NTK as well as the other usual appeal points.
In point 2, you barely mention why the NTK failed the PoFA. It is preceded by reference to para 8 of the PoFA which is not relevant to your case, and you mention 56 days which is nothing to do with para 9 2 (f) of the PoFA.
Your signage point does not include the signage on the site in question so there is no proof it was inadequate.
Also you should be challenging the validity of the times quoted. The incident time in the top right of the PCN says the alleged event occurred at 00.00, but the times on the two photos show a time of 08.24.43 and 08.25.16.
The time of 00.00 is repeated in the first paragraph of text as well.
That should be a second complain to the BPA.
You haven't included a point about grace periods. Check what the BPA CoP says about them.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
I would not be using anything so old as to include those forum glitch errors
I would be adapting any winning popla appeal from the last 12 months , to avoid old and out of date points plus eliminate old forum glitch errors. Not seen one with those errors for a few years2 -
Thank you for all the comments. I have changed quite a bit now. Please guide me further with the attached Draft. Thank you once again.0

You don't seem to have included this point as one of the reasons why the NTK is non-PoFA compliant. Having quoted para 9 (2) f, you then need to explain how they have failed to comply, not just say, it fails the PoFA.
.... "if after 29 days we have not received full payment, we have the right to recover the parking charge amount that remains unpaid from the driver of the vehicle".
This wording is not in the PoFA at all.
Normally PoPLA don't accept ANPR is not accurate or reliable as an appeal point unless proof has been included. This is one of the occasions where this point should be included as you have the proof. In your case the time on the NTK does not tie up with the ANPR times, so it is a valid point.
Just be aware that ANPR does not appear to have been used, but instead either a hand held scamera from a parking weasel, or stills from a CCTV scamera. Either way, the point is still valid but I think you should clarify the type of scamera used.
Your grace period point is incorrect. You appear to be using an old CoP. You need to use the current one from January of this year, version 8, which has much shorter grace periods. You should point out that the observation period according to the time stamps is much less than the grace period allowed, and there is no proof the vehicle overstayed at all.I married my cousin.
