    They've tweeted that they are aware of it and are working to fix it.
    I guessed they'd probably mess it up, as they were fiddling with their mobile and internet banking yesterday.🙄

    I thought the app was just being its usual flaky self so gave up trying.

    Even the error message on the TSB App is incorrect!
    "..........If you have set up internet banking you can still access your accounts through tsb.co.uk"
    Errr - No you can't!

    Don't bother calling them, as I've only just been told that their in-house IT systems are down and couldn't even make a note of my call.  I was asked to call later - and potentiality waste another hour of my time?

    Once again TSB have failed!  App and online down.  It also took them 6 weeks to send me a contactless card. Ordered it on  28th April 2020 and got it on 3rd June, after telephoning on 3 occasions to 3 different people. I complained re distress and inconvenience and they gave me £50...but this is the last straw!

    get in. maybe they'll dish out a load of compo as i can't access my accounts. not that I really need to!

    The app is working for me, with a new mailbox feature containing all those 'important' messages.
