Noa and Nani

Options
Has anyone had any dealings with this company? We paid £259 for bunkbeds for our 5 yr old twins, only part of the order came. They have no option to call or speak to anyone, emailing can take 72 hours to respond, trust pilot has had terrible reviews, my children are now sleeping on mattresses on the floor, stupidly no I never checked trust pilot before purchase, probably due to the fact I was desperate to get my children beds to sleep on!
Any advice would be appreciated.
thank you

Are we talking about the same company? https://www.noaandnani.co.uk/contact-us-i3 has a contact telephone number on it (though I note that it redirects to a mobile at the moment but not too surprising for what is claimed to be a small family business in these days). Have you left them a voicemail for a call back?

I’ve had 2 beds from Noa and Nani and no problems with either. They did send the wrong curtain bit with the cabin bed, so told me to keep it and then sent the correct one out.

There is a phone number on their website.

They had nearly all 5* reviews when I ordered a year ago, so I can only assume they are having issues with their orders due to Covid-19.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    Oh yes I have.
Bed sent missing parts and with wrong instructions, phone line not working only email, responses to my emails taking 5 days, attachments not attached, misunderstanding what I needed despite descriptions, photos sent etc etc. 4 weeks on I have requested a refund via Paypal. I'd suggest you seek a refund.
