Booked before 3rd March with BA?

I’m in the same position . Booked in Feb for Cyprus . Supposed to be going 3rd October . What with all the hassle and expense of getting a covid test I’d dearly like to change my holiday . Wouldn’t even mind vouchers as I’d use them later anyway. Rang BA a while back and they said hang in and see if dates change to be able to do this. Thinking it’s too late now , they haven’t changed dates and my previous phone call to them I was waiting to get through an hour !

After the email I rang the number specified. Don’t go near manage my booking! After 10 mins on hold spoke to a helpful person who tried to make me accept a voucher. Just told her I wanted a refund so it was agreed and the money should come back to my card in 3 - 4 weeks.

Hopefully it will be a bit quicker than that, this is not Virgin after all !!
My refunds have taken 3 or 4 days with BA.
