Refund for New York City Pass

Has anybody tried to get a refund for a New york city Pass ? I bought 4 tickets beginning of March 2020 which last a year, my holiday to New York has been re scheduled twice and now my second one has been cancelled, no flights to New york from Manachester until at least the end of December I have been told. New york city pass have told me that they will only give me an extra year on my tickets, for New york or any other city. My problem is due to loss of a couple of our jobs and other commitments we are unable to commit to go away all at the same time before March 2022. I paid for it on my credit card, is this something they will refund me for ?

You should be able to go onto their website and request a refund, I was certainly able to do so in May, when I asked for a refund one of the choices for reasons for refund was Covid 19. I did this for an Atlanta Citypass and the the money was back on my credit card within 24 hours, things may have changed on their website since then obviously.

There is no where on the website for me to get a refund, and they have told me that I am outside my 30 day refund notice.

it takes you to the Citypass page where you can submit your request for a refund, this is how I obtained mine and it was all done online with no communication with anybody over the phone or email. It says on the page that they offer refunds up to 365 days after purchase.

Thank you Stew68 not sure I have the right one mine is the teal blue icon The new york Pass not the city pass, I am not very techy savvy. Will let you know how I get on
