Omni capital still threatening to charge me if I don't settle balance for blinds I never received!

I purchased shutter blinds last year and agreed to pay the outstanding amount via 0% finance plan. I paid this up at £195 every month from last October with the blinds only being delivered in February. The blinds were partly fitted but only half arrived. We complained at the time to the city blinds and told them to remove them and refund us. We heard nothing and are now left with shutters that are lying in parts round the house and half of them installed with parts missing.
Covid 19 hit and city Blinds went into administration and have ceased trading.
We are now receiving threatening emails from Omni Capital who are in charge of the finance and have stated that they are separate from city blinds and it's not their issue. They still require the money.
I am now stuck paying for a product I haven't even received.
Has anyone had any similar dealings or any advice? This is a nightmare!
Thanks!

If the finance was specifically bought as part of the blinds package, make a section 75 claim. They are responsible for either getting your blinds finished or giving you your money back and potentially collecting the blinds.0

@Deleted_User thanks for the advice! So should I make the section 75 claim through the finance company? And should I continue to keep paying the monthly installments? I have cancelled the direct debit however I don't want to ruin my credit score...0

Don't cancel the DD or you will end up with missed payments or defaulting.0

@Deleted_User spoke with the finance company and they have said that they the agreement is a 12month unregulated agreement so I am not protected under section 75.0
