I need help. We have a hen do booking at the Signature Living hotel in Liverpool on 7th Aug. It is 1 large room holding 22 girls in 11 beds. We do not feel safe going ahead with this booking as we cannot social distance.
Where do we stand with this booking? If we cancel this I will lose money but I dont believe we should have to cancel as it is not safe to open this room, the hotel should be cancelling our booking.
The hotel has been reported to be in liquidation and are not replying to any emails or calls.

You know signature living has called in administrators, contact the administrators and ask them,

That aside unlikely you'd get your money back if you cancel but they may let you switch to a different date.

    How did you pay?
  • On Credit Card.
I cant get charge back unless they cancel the booking though.

Id suggest asking them to alter your booking rather than you cancel
  • This isn't an option but I cant explain this as they do not reply or answer calls.
Thanks for your help though x

Personally I don't think you would get anywhere even if you could explain it to them.   All you can do at the moment, is sit and wait to see what the situation is in August.   Hope it all works out one way or other.
