i've emailed to see if there is any positive news, if not then I guess I have no choice but to do the chargeback process.
I've already started on claim on a hotel that I booked last weekend, the place took my money but when I got there it was closed with no signs of opening anytime soon we spoke to a local business who said he'd not seen the owners in over 2 weeks. What I cant understand is why they still had the system open to take bookings. I even got an email after asking to review them lol
