Haven caravan owner - letting

As a Haven owner, we need to subsidise our ground rent by letting the caravan out to provide an income. We have been receiving a refund on site fees since Haven closed holiday parks which is great and very helpful. However, now, at the most profitable point of the year, Haven are saying they can’t fill our van as they are only filling sites to 50% capacity and they will fill their owned vans first. I understand the need for this but are we entitled to any further financial support from them as they are limiting capacity so we cannot earn any letting income?

I don't understand. You're an owner. They're filling owned vans first. Why can't you use yours? Is it that they're prioritising owner-occupiers?0

Sounds like Haven own some caravans themselves whilst others are owned by individuals.
They are choosing to fill "theirs" first1
