Thanks @Bizzywizard the middle of the month always seems the hardest as I can only make little payments. I was tempted to buy some clothes for my daughter earlier so I put them in my online basket and left them there (I read that tip here), I then came on here for motivation and now I’ve decided I don’t need to buy them!0

It’s been a while since I’ve updated by since my last post I have managed to put £1000 in savings ready to pay off the debt. I haven’t done it yet because our car service is due on the 20th and I want to hold on to it in case I need to pay for any repairs. The cost of the actual service is saved for separately. If no repairs are needed the £1000 will go straight off of the debt. Fingers crossed!1

Had our car service done and all was fine (within budgeted amount) so I was able to release the £1000 savings to debt. Used £918 to pay off the whole of one loan. Now down to £3,620. 😀😀

thank you! I expect it will be a bit harder as I transition back to commuting. The money I saved on travel for the last few months has really helped!0

Got the message from Zopa to say the loan is repaid early 😀. That was a nice thing to wake up to. Finding my motivation a little less though and my mind has gone to treating the kids. Need something to fire me up and keep me on the straight at narrow!0
