Next online order

Hi everyone
6 weeks ago I placed an online order in the Next sale. I know from past experience that it can take up to 8 weeks for your order to come through. They are also not very communicative and never let you know the status of your order. I received an email from them at 1.15 in the morning saying that my order had been returned and they were going to issue me a refund. I emailed them back and said I’d never received my order and I still wanted it. It took them a week to get back to me. They said it was a mix up and I’d already got my refund. The problem is that they had my money for 6 weeks and charged me £4 in p and p which I have not received back. Has this happened to anyone else ? I am seriously considering getting in touch with trading standards as this isn’t very good business practise. Can you imagine how many post and packing charges they’ve kept. Thoughts please thank you 😊

You want to contact trading standards over £4?
Contact Next again and tell them you want your p&p back as the non delivery was their fault0 -
Hi, thank you for your reply. I have emailed them back about my P and P and I’m sure I’ll get it back. No I didn’t want to contact trading standards just for the postage. It was the lack of communication and the fact they said it had been returned when I hadn’t received it. I’ve ordered a lot online and I’ve always had good communication with the companies I’ve placed orders with. They didn’t even send me an acknowledgment of my order when I placed it. I had to check my account to see if it had gone through. I just think they are a bad company to deal with online and I won’t order from them again. I also won’t bother writing to trading standards as I’m sure they’ve got enough to deal with you.0

I’m sorry about my last sentence it came out wrong. I didn’t check my auto correct before posting.0
