I was under the impression that there would be a review yesterday on the quarantine rule coming back into the UK & maybe the FCO advice but I have heard nothing. I am due to fly to Spain on the 19th July & Jet2 haven't cancelled my flight but they have said they have rescheduled my outbound flight time but cant tell me to what time. They said they hope to have all there scheduled flights sorted by 10th July. I guess a lot depends on the travel review.
Has anyone heard anything more regarding the review?

The EU 'air corridors' deal should be announced shortly, and includes both Spain and the UK. So you should be fine, unless you live in Leicester...

Nope not in Leicester :) Do you think the FCO will also change their advice at the same time?

It's only advice but hasn't it got a lot of influence on whether airlines decide to fly or not as people are less likely to want to fly if the FCO advise against it bearing in mind it may have an effect on peoples insurance if they go against the advice.
