Getting an ARLA letter

Anyone know of which agencies can provide an ARLA letter on a rental valuation in the Cardiff area?

I can find ARLA registered estate agents but I found one recently who won't give me a formal letter about the valuation.

I need this to show the rental income potential on my current property when I apply for a second home so the first home isn;t taken into consideration for affordability.

First - how can you NOT have found ARLA registered EAs using the link I gave you above?!!
Secondly, you probaby don't need an ARLA EA - you need an RICS surveyor.
Thirdly, most lenders will ignore rental income as it is so unreliable.
