I don’t think I quite understand, but I get the impression that this is a question concerning money laundering. Obviously, if the OP has produced accurate accounts, declared the income and paid tax, he’ll be able to show all that to the solicitor, and the location of the funds won’t matter so much. It helps if the online business is legitimate, of course.If he’s already approached a firm, it’s quite likely a ML report has already been made.
