Estate agent costs - Probate sale?

Options
I own 1/3 of a house, the other 2/3 was owned by my late mother. Now she has died myself and the other two executors/siblings are planning to sell it as I cannot buy them out. Will I be required to pay 55% of the estate agents/solicitors fees? I can see how I would as that will be my final received percentage of the property, but I just wanted to see what the precedent was so I can move forward with the right knowledge.
Thanks all!

Contractually you can negotiate whatever you like between the three of you. But yes, ethically it makes sense to split it that way.

The property is owned 33% by you and 66% by your mother's Estate.
You pay 33% of the sellng costs.
The Estate pays 66% of the selling costs.
You receive 33% of whatever is left over from the sale after the costs.
The other 66% of the sale proceeds post selling costs remains in the Estate and is distributed according to the will.

Greatcrested is actually more accurate than my intial response, although it amounts to the same thing in the end, assuming that the estate is split evenly between all three beneficiaries.

I deliberately avoided the question of distribution as we have no idea who the Beneficiaries are or how many.
The fact the OP owns 33% of the deceased's property suggests prior financial arrangements which might be accounted for in the will in ways we do not know.
