Problem getting refund from Cruise2

We booked a cruise and stay holiday in January 2020 through Cruise2 and in mid-February the cruise company cancelled the cruise. Within a few days we notified Cruise2 we wanted a refund as this was parts of T&Cs and we are still waiting. Initially they said it would be refunded within 6 weeks, after that they have they have just given one excuse after another. Our holiday would have been in 24 days and they still cannot confirm when we will receive our refund. They are still actively selling holidays. We’re disappointed as they owe in us in excess of £3000. Is anyone else having problems with Cruise2?
