Beware Tom Tom auot-renew charges for speed camera
Hi, I just had an amazing experience with Tom Tom suddenly charging my bank account £2.99 / month for speed camera that I did not authorise. Allegedly they gave me one month free after the last expiry (I did not renew due to covid) and then they aparently set it to auto renew monthly. Additionally - when I queried the agent was initial going to 'assign the service '- what this meant was give me 2 months service for those that I paid for without my authorisation. Full transcript of the chat is attached - I blanked the agents name.
