does this sound fair

Hi Accepted offer on my house 2k under AP
Asked EA what buyers position was, was told they had a buyer for there house with nothing to sell (Great i thought)
Took my house off market and started proceedings
Now 10 weeks down the line things seamed to be draging a bit so i called the
EA only to be told my buyers buyer is now needs to sell (they are sale agreed)
I now want to tell the EA and my buyer to stick it but my wife and i both like the house we are buying ,so i might tell the EA to reduce there commision
from 1.5% to 1% or i will pull out of sale. What do you think

Doesnt seem fair really but maybe the original sale fell through for your buyer and they had to find another.

I'd certainly ask for a discount, after all they should have kept you informed really and been chasing things up - cant hurt! :)

I just pop in now and then.... :)

I'd certainly be asking your agent why they told you everything was sorted and that buyer had nothing to sell, that's out of order!
