Iva outcome
Has anyone had problems with their IVA meetings being adjourned all the time. This is the 3rd time in a row that it's been adjourned, the company doesn't ring us to let us know what's happening. We have to contact them. I appreciate they maybe very busy but their customer service skills are rubbish. When we do get hold of them we are told not to worry it's normal for this to be adjourned. It's been nearly 6 weeks and it's still not sorted yet they have already taken a payment for it. It's having a huge effect on us both making us feel ill. We just want an outcome and it to be sorted. Has anyone else experienced problems with creditfix at all?

Odd how you have already started paying for the IVA without actually having an IVA.0

Why are you paying before an arrangement has been confirmed ?Are you certain this company are legit ?Because no one starts paying an IVA before even the creditors meeting has taken place, and its not an actual meeting, its all done over the phone or internet, it seldom gets adjourned, it just does not work like that. The creditors meeting is to gain agreement to the arrangement, and make any last minute adjustments to it, very strange.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Creditfix are probably the major provider of IVAs - that's not necessarily a good thing and they do have a lot of dodgy feeder firms.
But it sounds like creditfix themselves are the problem here Did you talk to any other companies? Didyou get independent advice from anyone?0
