Default date with NRAM unsecured loan

Hi, looking for some advice please.  I am on a DMP, paying off a few debts that are valid.  But all have dropped off my credit report except the NRAM unsecured loan, which they are still reporting every month as a payment arrangement.  I've been paying reduced payments since June 2011.  How can I get them to add a default date from the time of reduced payments?  I would like this to come off my credit report.  Thanks

You ask them to backdate a default to the appropriate time.
