Grundig Guarantee

I have a dishwasher that was made by Grundig and has a 5 year guarantee that expires in mid Nov. It has gone wrong and the seller (Curry’s) are not interested as the guarantee was registered with Grundig. Grundig are ignoring attempts at contact and phone calls can be over an hour to get through, at a rate I am unsure of, even if I had the time. My credit card company is cogitating with no clue if they are going to help. Grundig is apparently ‘Now Beko is part of the unfortunately named Arçelik’. What is the best way forward next please? I have forked out for a new cooker 5 days ago, so giving up and just buying one is not the best option, given my numerous employments are on hold. Any helpful suggestions gratefully received. Most forms I have come across in my search have been awkward, often won’t send and there is no reply. I have yet to find a suitable email. The Grundig site says repairs are postponed (no further help).
Thanks

Who did you buy the guarantee from? Looking at the website it's either the retailer or D&G

What’s the issue with the dishwasher ?
The Grundig name is now used by Beko for there premium quality product and generally there very good appliances, personally in my experience I’ve found the non budget models of Beko and Grundig appliances to be more reliable then most off the cheaper models in the so called German appliance brands

Also most manufactures are only dealing with essential kitchen appliances right now due to staff shortages, Covid 19 and distancing issues in customers homes etc
Cookers, Refrigeration and washing machines are considered Essential to everyday life to most normal people and other products are considered luxury non essential
But have to say I’m surprised your not getting a response from there service team0
