composite whistling Door.

In march I had a new composite door fitted. But over the last week it has started to whistle I have messaged the person who fitted it but no response.
I was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue and if they knew how to fix it?
I know when they took the old door off there was a gap in the wall between the door frame which the builder said that should have been filled should have been filled.
He filled it with foam so I do not know if this is the cause?
