Opodo Online Travel Agency- All phone lines shut down?

We have had Etihad return flights to Australia (booked through the Opodo Online Travel Agency) cancelled. There does not appear to be a single contact number listed for Opodo that is working. All numbers appear shut down. We need to resolve our cancelled flights ASAP but airlines say if booked with 3rd party have to deal through them?! Don’t know what to do. Our contract to fly is with Etihad. Should have been flying out tomorrow -30th June 2020. Strangely our return flights have not yet been cancelled even though we won’t be in Australia to board a plane to return to the UK!. Any advice would be gratefully received as we are at a loss as to know what to do next...

Obviously you are not flying.
Why do you need a rapid resolution? In due course you will doubtless be offered a voucher for future travel: with any luck it will arrive in time for an Australian holiday next year.
If you wanted any kind of customer service, or the luxury of someone to answer the telephone, you should not have used Opodo (nor eDreams) who are well-known not to offer these additional services.

Did you ever get any resolution? I've just been sent an email talking about a flexible ticket, when I had specifically requested a refund not a ticket.
