Trying to amend and rebook with incentive. The website says “we are having technical problems” when I click on confirm so cant complete it. Been on phone all day today, last attempt was 3 hours no response. It’s a bad joke now. I know things are difficult at moment but this is crazy situation. Looks like they have disabled the website deliberately so not to allow amendments!
As for the phone situation I think there s more chance of contacting the man in the moon.

I really doubt that TUI have 'disabled the website deliberately so not to allow amendments!'.
I'd keep trying.
Have you tried ringing at a different time?
I spent 90 minutes on hold a month ago.
