I've been desperately trying to get in touch with tui to cancel my holiday in September. There's been no advice about it and to save the risk of loosing lots of money we've decided to cancel it.... However, I've spent hours waiting on the phone for TUI to answer with no luck.... I'm getting really worried now as time goes on because deadlines are approaching where we'd loose even more of our money if we cancel.... I'm not really sure what to do because it's not possible to change it online and I've tried social media but no answer from them. I was wondering whether anyone could suggest anything? I can't be the only one having this problem! Thanks for your help

Send them a recorded letter to Head Office giving notice to cancel.

    There's an idea, thank you.
I also would like advice from them regarding our options and to clarify the terms and conditions regarding what we'd be charged for cancelling so would ideally like to speak to a real person!

Well what is your date of travel? You can work it out yourself by looking at the terms and conditions online.

Assuming you booked before the 17th March.....

We did.... I'm concerned that I don't have the right T&Cs because the airline isn't tui. I've been going by the T&Cs available but  I'm nervous that there's something hidden. Thanks

If it is a TUI branded holiday, those are the terms. Doesnt matter if the flights are Easyjet or anyone else.
