Anyone having trouble with Hays travel and booked holidays in the near future - no options being given? Due to travel to Portugal, all they say is its on.

    If it's on as usual, there's not much else they need to do - you can choose not to go, but you'd need to claim on your insurance. 
    Ultimately if the holiday is going ahead as planned, there aren't any options they have to give you.
