NFU Business Interruption Policy

I run a small B&B accommodation business and I am insured with the NFU (supposedly defacto ***** insurance). We have a business interruption section within the policy that covers upto £1.5million over a 36 month period. It also states that we have cancellation of advanced bookings of £1500.00 in any one claim. There is an endorsement then that states the breadth of this term, one of which is and I quote: "Death, Accident or illness (confirmed by a doctor) or compulsory quarantine of them or their close relative, business associate, partner or travelling companion". Will I be covered for all the monies that I have had to return to our guests? They insist that any claim has to be dealt with under this section. Will I be covered?
