Gmail hacked

Options
Friend has a child and uses his Gmail. Sadly, his Gmail is hacked and uses tablet, all the apps, etc. His father asked to create another Gmail account. Before I do, how to disactivate the current account before creating a new one. Is there anyway, I could somehow transfer the current apps to the new Gmail?

Any other suggestions would be helpful?

Thanks

    What do you mean, "hacked"?
Can you not set up two factor authentication to secure the account?

You can just set up a new Google account which will automatically give you a new Play Store account and a new email adddress, but you can't tAFAIK ransfer the apps since they're on a per account basis.  You can search for them again on the Play Store and reinstall them while signed into the new account.

If you mean that someone has taken possession of the old account, you really need to recover it rather than set up a new one.
