Term time work

I work in a term time setting and have been on furlough since March due to not enough children wanting to return before the summer. I have been paid normal furlough money (80%) for half terms, bank holidays and Easter and I was wondering can they keep on on furlough over the summer or will I be on full pay as we are paid all year round also would this mean we might be entitled to any holiday days instead of having it all in the holidays ?
Thank you

It will depend on what is in your contract of employment as amended by your furlough agreement. It will be for your employer to decide whether to keep you on furlough, although I understand your point, which is that even without the pandemic you would not have been working in the school holidays. They can also ask you to take holiday while on furlough, and no doubt your contract of employment precludes holidays in term time?2
