Flight confirmed. Hotel closed

Help!! I'm due to travel to Gran Caneria 7am Wednesday with Ryanair.  Our flight is confirmed and scheduled however after emailing the hotel they told me they are closed. We  booked our all Inclusive package holiday through Love Holidays. I have tried for days to contact them. They are operating a live chat however I still cannot make contact with anyone. What on earth do I do?

You might want to protect your financial position by emailing and/or sending a recorded delivery letter to Loveholidays highlighting the evidence that the holiday can't proceed as booked but that you haven't heard from them and can't contact them via published channels, and so (in the absence of that) are regarding the evidence as package cancellation by Loveholidays, and that you correspondingly expect a full refund.
