Given incorrect meter reads

I moved in 2016 and the meter was installed in mid 2007 (I believe they had the kitchen/boiler re-done at the same time) so there was quite a difference in time. The house is quite an old one and at some time I believe it had electric heating that I'm guessing was removed then(?).
There is also an old fuse box connected to nothing (on both ends) so maybe it was done on the cheap/poorly?
Think this has passed the point of emailing the company and will see if they are now answering phone calls tomorrow.
Thank you all for all your help, it will help a lot, to not be going in blind.
Probably should have said nothing but I have already mentioned it, also with my luck it would probably just get worse!

MWT said:Was the meter changed around the time you moved in for some reason?Do you know why the meter was changed? The meter appears to have been manufactured in 2005 and certified in November 2005. The old 0845 contact number is consistent with this era. However, the OP moved in four years ago.0

Hi,Panicking87, you say,"In the month between my pictures it has been 28 days and the rate 2 amount changed by 17 (5108->5125)."So if that's constant, it's about 220 a year, lets say 900 over the 4 years, average 15p a unit £135.Not a big hit, but be interesting to see the outcome.Though what's using it on 'night' rate if all the old wiring disconnected?

The situation can't get worse as you know exactly how much you're not being charged for.0 -
