Ryanair took my flight money!

Hi all at MSE, I booked a holiday with the company ‘On the Beach’ for the 10th of July 2020. I recently had an email stating that I cancelled my holiday and I will not be given a refund for the flights. I am 100% sure I didn’t cancel the holiday, on the beach did. On the beach’s phone lines are down and Ryan air has a massive waiting time, obviously. I’ve tried emailing but I am not getting anywhere. Where do I stand in terms of getting my refund? I did not cancel the holiday. Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

You need to keep trying to contact OTB (not Ryanair) to get them to accept that you didn't cancel - you should also edit the posted image to remove the booking reference!1

I can’t get through to them at all via calling or emailing. Also how do I edit that post? I’m new here so can’t really do it0
