TAP AirPortugal Flights

anyone else had flights cancelled with TAP. They have sent a link for refund to voucher with 20% uplift, however, I live in Scotland.  Was for a trip from Lisbon to northern Spain.  Easy jet flights from Scotland to Lisbon and Spain back to Scotland so far unaffected.  Looking for advice on best way to deal with it, has anyone managed to get a cash refund?

You're legally entitled to a cash refund, as with any other flight covered by the EU regulations, clarified at https://www.flytap.com/en-gb/transport-conditions?accordionid=2

Rules on compensation and assistance

1. If your flight has been cancelled, TAP PORTUGAL will offer you the following assistance:

1.1 A choice between:

1. reimbursement within seven days (in cash, by bank transfer, bank check or, with your written consent, by travel vouchers and/or other services) of the total fare for the part or parts of the journey not travelled [...]

Last time we talked to TAP they were telling us vouchers only. We have filed a dispute with the credit card, which has not so far been actioned. If TAP are now meeting their legal obligations, we could try again with TAP.
