on the beach refunds

we were supposed to go to turkey in may but on the beach cancelled the holiday due to corona virus, we had a refund of 72 pounds within 10 days of the cancellation and nothing since. they keep saying they are waiting for our flights to be refunded. i can't get anyone on the phone and don't know what to do. it was a package holiday and we had booked airport parking through on the beach as well.

We have been trying to contact 'On the Beach' (OTB) reference the refund owed, due to cancelling of holiday. Flight company have been in contact to address their end, however, OTB are ignoring our correspondence? They have now sent offers through for next years holidays, which we are reluctant to get involved with if they are being difficult with the outstanding monies owed to us so far. 
Can we now claim on our credit card, as we booked it via this process?

i threatened to do this and got another part payment from them, still owed over 500 pounds.

Same happened with me and as soon as I said I was going to do a chargeback through my credit card I then got my refund. I think they pay a fee when you do a chargeback

They do indeed, usually £10-£20 depending on their card processor. 
That'll soon add up if everyone does it!
