Tax credits and P11d

I have renewed my tax credits as requested. I spoke via web chat last week to renew them and the agent needed a figure from the my husband P11d form.

Now i remember this happening last year, but I could not find the form (i hadn't actually received it) my agent said it might not of been issued - so just come back when i have it. 
My husband works for Royal Mail, and he found that they had sent the form to him electronically. We get sent the form because we pay for our car through his payslip every week.

Brilliant i though, do that Monday. I have just finished the web chat - and the agent i spoke to had no idea what a P11d form was. I'm not sure if i even gave the right information! I did not feel very confident in the agent at all, especially as the previous one was quite knowledgeable. 

I am considering calling and speaking to someone.

Thank you, i did- and was able to change it. I believe i must of made the same mistake last year- i am going to call them again tomorrow.
