Saving email with windows 10

I can download and save from the web.  I seem to have problem saving my email from outlook? Can anybody help pl? Thanks

    Click on email then right-mouse-click -> copy;  then on desktop (or whereever you want to save the email), right-mouse-click and paste.   But I've got a feeling, that's not what you mean?
