Cannot get through to TUI.

Help - does anybody have another phone number for TUI, please?

I've had numerous phone conversations about a refund for our holiday, successfully agreed that we will receive a full refund, asked for e-mail cofirmation - haven't had one.

Tried phoning again this morning - no way of getting through.

How do I proceed, any ideas please?

If you have the Refund Credit Note you can fill in the form online, no phone call needed.

That's my problem - I haven't had a refund credit note so I can't do the online route.

I'm told because I booked in-store it's being dealt with accordingly and is now with "head office".

They let me have a refund without having the RCN first, store booking also. Odd.  Only got an email confirmation a few days before the refund hit though as she said it has to be sent through to another team. When did you request it?

First call was 27 April FROM tui re our holiday 11 May.

Are the shops now not open again? Failing that, all you can do is keep trying, hammer the redial button, it took me 130 attempts across 2 phones on 02034512868 to get through, pressing the options as soon as I was able to in order to save time and hanging up as soon as the word "Sorry" was heard.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

Even rang the German HQ and surprised them by talking to them in coloquial Deutsch but didn't get anywhere - just told to keep hammering the UK number.

I am surprised the phone lines are still getting a hammering given some holidays are restarting and people can now get refunds online, but yes nothing more to add. Trying on a Monday may not be the best idea though assuming they still shut at weekends, I tried Tuesday afternoon around 2pm for my hammering stint. I also did it on two mobiles at the same time, which was fun.

Finally got through using  02034512868, option 2 then 1 then 1.

 All is good and in the system hopefully I'll get my refund by 8 July.
