hi my holiday with O T B is booked 21/07. Our flight out was cancelled could this now be reinstated by Ryan air? Our return flight is still showing. I haven’t been able to renew my passport. I’m in such a panic. We didn’t book travel insurance at the time of booking.

Presumably you received notification from Ryanair that your outward flight is cancelled, rather than confirmation of holiday cancellation from OTB? In the absence of the latter, you should assume it's going ahead unless or until OTB contact you (or you manage to get in touch with them to find that out, easier said than done....).0

There's still time to renew your passport - I'd do it just in case it goes ahead, as most places are opening back up now.

In theory when you book a Package Holiday, the agent (OTB) could offer replacement flights in the event your original ones are cancelled. In practice, with the Covid-19 disruption this obviously hasn't been happening, but in theory they could.
I would try and get in touch with OTB to find out what's happening, and as the above poster says, get the passport renewal in ASAP just in case.0
