You could always try writing a letter and sending it first class - ideally recorded delivery and it will get there the next day rather than faffing around on the phone or sending an e-mail into a black hole. Keep a copy of your letter and the postal receipt and you will have covered it as you'll have proof.

The world doesn't have to stop because e-mail or the phones isn't getting a response. Then ditch LAMB, take control and do it yourself

I think you've got to be mad to give your bank details to an organisation that is then going to set up accounts in your name.

I agree with TD, as you may have already noticed you've lost control of what's going on and it's not ever so easy to extricate yourself.
