What new energy generation is coming online over the next 10 years?

Found some nice details on interconnectors coming online here. Of the top of my head, 'average' UK power requirements are around 45GW.

NSNLink to Norway - 1.4GW
FabLink to France 1.4GW
Shetland HVDC to ... Shetland 0.6GW
NorthConnect to Norway 1.4GW

Icelink to Iceland 1GW
No idea how long it takes between announcing and actually being in operation is - so not sure if more are likely to be in place before 2030.

Wind power - lots coming online and hopefully we'll have the interconnectors in place to help.
Dogger Bank Wind Farm is projected to be about 4.8GW, but with a capacity factor of about 33%.

Interesting details from the Solar Trade Assocation here (biased?!) projected to 2030.

Their 'central' scenario is an expectation of around 10GW more with a capacity factor of around 10%, by 2030.
They note that in 2015 alone, more than 4GW were added.

And this is the last UK government projection of what they expect. Lots of interesting stuff in here.

Their expectation is around 85gCO2/kWH by 2030. Interestingly, when they did their previous prediction in 2017 it was 20gCO2/kWh worse than that, so things seem to be changing fast.

Hi Chris, lots of interesting info there thanks. Must have taken some time to winkle out!

When checking the National Grid - live status it lists five interconnectors presently of varying capacity, so interesting that others exist as well.

Is there a typo in there? The turbines for dogger bank are expected to get up to 63% capacity factor. 33% is lower than farms from 2017 which typically got 40% and I believe most are now expecting closer to 50%.
