Hi I have a redundancy meeting soon and have been given these criteria such as Product knowledge, IT skills, Task & Job Flexibility, New Product Awareness, Productivity/Problem Solving, Customer Service, Relationships with Colleagues, Future Development Potential, Time Keeping/Punctuality. Has anyone had similar experience and can suggest some good questions or answers. Thanks
