Disney Tickets

Hi All, first time poster, please be gentle, think I am posting this in the right place !
So understandably our flights and accommodation for our Disney trip this year have been cancelled and I must say getting a refund on that side of things was straight forward. We are now looking to see if we can get a refund on our Disney and Universal Tickets, some ticket companies are granting it and charging an admin fee (which I can understand), however others such as the one we are using are just saying no refunds at all. Can anyone provide advice here, is it a case we've just lost the money or is there something we can do ?
Really appreciate any advice - as mentioned everything has been cancelled and I suspect it is touch and go whether the parks will even be open.
Thank you.

We bought 14 day park hopper tickets which included access to the water parks. The water parks are now closed and the park hopper element can not be used as Disney will only let you visit one park a day. The ticket company want to charge me a 20% cancellation/ admin fee which will be over £550 pounds on 7 tickets. Does anyone know if I would be covered on my credit card ? Disney have said if I had bought the tickets direct I would have received a full refund.0
