I'd be interested too see what others are getting on tracker rates on a regular basis. This is a latest average bill for electricity (not using much gas at present) from Octopus - no smart meter so consumption averaged out across the billing period.
Edit - forgot to say this is London. Octopus take a few days to calculate the bill on supplying readings.

    Northwest Region
Week we have just had Electricity was 11p + kwh rate each day, today which tends to be lowest day of week  Unit rate 8.90p per kWh, week we have just had was probably the highest overall weekly KWH rate since I went on Tracker tariff middle of April. cheaper than most tariffs elsewhere, Standing charge 16.88p cheaper than all other Octopus Tariff SC :)
Gas today is  1.77 p/kwh ,S.C 15.09p , I switched Gas to a seperate supplier when I was with Bulb hence only having E with Octopus
I not aware of any other suppliers who offer trackers, I think OFTM once upon a time had a tariff that was linked/related to Wholesale prices.

Our electricity standing charge in London is 17.02p. Below is the gas over same time, SC 14.37p. Not too bad seeing as we have two teenage sons spending a long time in the shower (not at the same time...)

This also shows how much gas is cheaper than electricity as we're using about the same kWh per day in both in the summer - if only I could power the dishwasher etc with gas. Maybe a gas turbine in the back garden is the way to go.

Do you know what other companies offer trackers.

For those tracking trackers, these are our last few figures from the bill for gas and electricity on the Octopus Tracker. The average rate on gas has gone up to 2.59p and electricity to 12.1p. I suspect this is starting to be equivalent to standard rates from some other providers and I presume autumn and winter means higher rates.

Those are just the a few of the figures on the turn pages of the bill. The period dates back to mid-September. It's the electricity creeping up that's the main issue.

As I suspected, a fix taken out earlier this Spring, is now much cheaper for both utilities and will run thru until next March.
