PCN issued by Transport for Buckinghamshire for parking on the side of Black park (suspended bay)

Hello dear people, please help me to appeal as I think I had been wrongly issued with penalty.  For the last  10 years used to go and park on the side of Black country park and today received a PCN for ''parked in a suspended bay or space or part of bay or space''. There are few good spots to park on the side of Black park, it is not on the road it looks like free for parking next to the trees. There are no any signs for restrictions or suspensions, I made few pictures, I don't know if I can post it here(will hide the number of the car).
By the way there is a huge gate which say Fire gate - don't park at any time but this is 10 meters away where I used to park, it even give the idea that you can park around just not in front of the gate.
Just read on internet that the Buckinghamshire council is issuing penalties for all drivers that have parked on a narrow roads around Black park. Still there's no any sign restricting parking.

Hi, did you get anywhere with your appeal? This happened to me today after always parking here without being ticketed. I think the more people to appeal this the better as there are no signs?

I got caught out here as well two weeks ago although I only got a warning notice,not a parking charge.  There are signs but they weren't actually clear on the road where I was parked which may explain the difference.  The sign had spun round on the lampost and there were no traffic cones. On driving some of the other roads though there were parking restriction signs up.

Bucks are struggling financially so will probably be issuing a lot more tickets going forward. It's a huge income generator.

If drivers parked without contravening the parking restrictions, Penalty Charge Notices wouldn't be issued. If they issue loads of "spurious" PCNs it would cost them more than they would bring in.

I have also been issued with a ticket although, the details on the ticket were incorrect and I was parked in a unmarked 'bay' by the side of the road.  For as long as I can people parked up along this road with no probIem and now a mean spirited Slough council wants to punish people who would park in what is a country lane of no consequence.  I note as with the road by Langley Park, that the council has subsequently now put clearway signs in most of the spaces in Black Park Road and made the whole top end a clearway.  Well how does this help the people to whom they are supposed to serve?  The spaces are now freely available for people to fly tip in!   One space now has a whole broken down caravan dumped in it!  Now they have put signs in the road I would not park there, but when I parked there, a bay down the road from where I parked was clearly closed with bollards and fly tipped stuff in it.  So why did the parking attendant put a ticket on my car, when the space I was in had no restrictions whatsoever.  Bear in mind these are just patches of ground by the side of the road that have been used mostly by regular doq walkers to park their cars for years and years.  It is clearly just about revenue and that is not good enough.  You can't just go slapping tickets on cars that are legitimately parked.  It is unacceptable.  They are destroying the fabric of our society. Now the cars will move down onto the more busier road and of course then the Council will feel justified to restrict that as well!  Not everybody can afford to keep dishing out money for parking and in days gone by most car parks were free.  As for making one lane of the A4 a bus lane, whoever thought of that should be sacked outright!!!  Sign the petition!
