Holiday Cancellation Entitlement

I have just cancelled a TUI holiday because I found the same holiday cheaper with another operator. I have paid £100 low deposit and I am supposed to pay another £300 on 5th July. I am being charged the full £400, even though I have not paid the £300 because it is not due for payment. Is the £400 mandertory seeing as it is not due

You are likely to find that it is if you are the one who cancels, when you read the terms that you agreed on purchasing.

You all fully liable for the 2nd installment on TUI low deposit scheme. Made blatantly obvious when you sign up , pay XXX low cost today , pay remainder of deposit on XXX date

    that is correct
"If you book using the low deposit scheme and then cancel your holiday, the remaining deposit balance will be due on cancellation."

Hope the new holiday was at least £400 cheaper.

    Simple answer = yes.
The £100 low deposit is only a partial up front payment - the full £400 applies if the customer cancels.
