It is such a shame as the leisure centre have been very cooperative and had I thought to do this during the earlier stages I could have saved myself a lot of time and stress.
The thing is, it shows that there was no 'legitimate interest' in pursuing the charge at all, and the fact the charge is NOT supported by the landowner, distinguishes your case from the Beavis case importantly! Put it in as an exihibit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
