I am trying to download and a message comes up another programme is running. I am on Windows 10. I cannot find anywhere that there is another programme running. I have shut down and restated my PC but that did not solve the issue. What else should I be trying to resolve,

Does it say which prog is running?

control + Alt + Delete task manager running programs .
